Shipping

(Aug – Oct ) processing time can take  3-5 business days + ship time of 2-4 days.

No cancelations – no refunds – all sales final

Paying for 2nd day or Overnight does NOT change our processing time, it speeds up the shipping time only.

PROCESSING TIME

 (Aug – Oct) – Most products ship in 3-5 business days + ship time of 2-4 days. Custom Items (braids, custom cuts, designer ribbon, dressed bears have a 5-7 day processing time.

(November – July) – Most of our product’s ship with in 24-48 hours with the exception of custom items. 

Upon shipping customers will be provided a tracking number. Please note that at times customers may see that a shipping label was be created and item has not yet shipped. This means that your item is boxed and ready to leave and awaiting carrier pickup.

We ship via UPS and USPS. We do ship to P.O. Box and AFB however we will only ship via USPS to these locations.

Most every address in Texas is a 2 day ship from us with the exception of Midland/Odessa and the Corpus Christi / Galveston areas. Usually take 3 days. All other U.S address please allow 5-7 days.

We ship standard UPS ground. At times we use USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping claims are to be handled by the customer and directly through the carrier. We can not help with an order that has already shipped. We cannot refund an order that has already shipped. All packages have $100 insurance and as a customer you’re welcome to file the claim with the carrier.

No refunds are given on items as they are seasonal in nature. We do not offer shipping refunds. Refunds are only given if we make a mistake.
